If you have ordered a pre-order item, your whole order will ship out when your pre-order item arrives. If you do not want this; please create 2 seperate orders or send us an email. 

All parcels are insured with $100 AUD - extra insurance is available at checkout

US ORDERS 

Tariffs and entry fees are paid by Luna beauty store and no extra charges will incur on import for US orders - please note that dispatch may be delayed by 1 day so that we can ensure all taxes are prepaid by us

WRONG ADDRESS 

If the address in the order is a wrong address and is unable to be delivered, we are not responsible for the redelivery fee. Please let us know if you would like your parcel redelivered to the correct address and we will send you an invoice covering the shipping fee 

LOST GOODS 

Luna Beauty Store is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that is caused by the shipping carrier.
