If you have ordered a pre-order item, your whole order will ship out when your pre-order item arrives. If you do not want this; please create 2 seperate orders or send us an email. 

All parcels are insured with $100 AUD - Please let us know via email or store chat if you'd like to raise the insurance.

WRONG ADDRESS 

If the address in the order is a wrong address and is unable to be delivered, we are not responsible for the redelivery fee. Please let us know if you would like your parcel redelivered to the correct address and we will send you an invoice covering the shipping fee
