chrome powder in liquid form 

super easy to apply,

-apply your no wipe top gel, cure 
-shake the espere bottle to mix pigment
-apply a few drops of espere to the centre of the nail 
-use finger, sponge or silicon tool to rub it in! (*do this step straight away don't let it dry)
-finish with your favourite top gel
