Blanc blanc powders are VERY fine hence the size!
you only need to use a very small amount! 

HOW TO USE

apply base colour -> cure 

apply no wipe top coat -> fully cure

rub in powder with silicon/sponge/finger 

Dust off access and apply final top coat
